11:10:23 PM   So, the Iraqis have gone and hung (hanged ?) a few more of Sadam's buddies.   These guys apparently all have it coming to them but I think some of the video shows you just how brutal capital punishment truly is.   In reading the news reports today, this quote stood out to me.  It is talking about the gentleman who lost his head when he took the drop: "Al-Dabbagh said the gallows were built to international standards and in accordance with human rights organizations." - Saddam aides hanged, but nto as planned I mean do we really have international standards for hanging ? Is there such a thing as a hanging that a human rights organization would be in favor of ?
