Chicago Tribune outsourcing to the Philippines - It appears to be time to sack the Tribune. I've come close many times. Does anybody read the print anymore ? I know I haven't in quite some time, they just stack up in the kitchen. This is sad but I believe inevitable as newspapers are headed the way of the dinosaurs. So they just make it happen quicker by sacking Chicagoans in an attempt to make shareholders happy at the expense of losing 20 year customers like me.

Joel on companies who hide the ability to cancel their services. This always bugs me. AOL is the king of this and they are far from alone. I am amazed that we allow companies to survive who hide both their phone numbers and how to cancel. How can this be acceptable ?
